  • Allow 1-3 BUSINESS days for order to prepare. 
    Preparing and shipping are two different processes. Each has its own term.
  • Please notice that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days.
  • Placing an order well in advance to your upcoming event date!
  • Please double check your spelling on order details as we're not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors.
  • Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
  • The shipping price depends on the weight of the package. You may check it during the checkout.
